We have been watching what is going on in the world of HCG and we have been observing what is happening. We are getting many enquiries from suppliers wanting to know what is in our support formulas and when we won't tell them they want to buy the products from us.  Why do they want them? They want them because they have heard through the grapevine that they work so well that they want a piece of the action!
Our formulae are Patient pending and so they cannot be copied. What we have decided to do is to release the support packages as a pack without the HCG (of course we would prefer to take you through the whole process so that will always be available) The reason we designed the support packs is to help clients through the various stages so they get the best results for their efforts.
We have watched over 1800 clients go through this protocol so we like to think of ourselves as having a fair bit of knowledge of the protocol, plus our many years of experience working in natural health we have devised our Hcg boost for phase 1, reinforce drops for phase 2 plus maintain drops for phase 3. We have found that clients who do all of the support drops are less likely to put the weight back on! In fact we have only had 2 clients who have put all of their weight back on after using our full package and that was because of health issues which once we had ascertained what the cause was the weight has just come off and not got back on!

The actions of the drops (in brief) are as follows

Today's Blog 01/03/2012

I can't believe it is March already and I haven't written in here for nearly 2 whole weeks! Lots has happened in the clinic in fact too much for me to go into detail here (at the moment anyway). We have been busy with our weight loss protocol, but over the last few weeks our testing has been going flat tack with lots of interesting clients with many different symptoms with awsome results which we will go into over the next couple of weeks. All very interesting and great fun to work with clients who are getting great results.

We have come found a new product which is working on Immunity and helping the body detoxify we call this Product ImmuTox. It comes in 200ml bottles and you take 1 tablespoon twice daily. This can help with constipation,parasites, viruses, bacteria, fungal plus with many other things. This is $50 per bottle and contains liquid Bentonite clay, olive leaf plus homeopathics to help with immunity and detoxification. Friday already, lots of weight lost this week as usual. After our launch of the 10 day protocol we have had an influx of old and new clients which is great. Every-one is getting great results and enjoying the fact that they don't have to commit to the long 26 day protocol (mind you we have quite a few who get on a roll and extend to the full round without any stress). Our support products are going a storm, HCG Boost is increasing the weight loss average by approximately 20% which is awesome. It is so easy to take it is just added to your drinking water- This always makes sure that clients drink enough of this wonderfully underrated drink. plus because it contains powerful ionic minerals as a base it increases absorption of water so enables the cells to detox more effectively. Today's Blog 16/02/2012 Day 27 of 10 day protocol Hope you are having a fantastic day, today has been a feedback day for us, lots of clients popping in or phoning to let us know how they are doing. All of it good I hasten to add. We have one client who is in phase 3 of our 26 day protocol and she has lost 16kg. Imagine that 32 packs of butter worth of fat gone in just one round! She is also looking amazing, years younger than her original photo. She is buzzing about herself which is even better, if you feel good about your body life seems so much easier doesn't it? I often find with working with this protocol that the weight is really a side issue as I find it is the way we see and feel about ourselves that is far more important than how much you weigh. The best side effect of HCG Protocol is that it helps with so many different things in life. We have seen blood pressure reduce, in some enough to come off medication, clients comming off their cholesterol meds, antidepressents being reduced and sleeping pills being removed totally. All without negative side effects. Only positive ones. The biggest side effect of them all is the way it helps us to cope with stress, as stress is the biggest cause of dis-ease then anything that helps us cope with it must be a good thing. My news is that my weight has stabilised and I am starting to feel the benefits of the protocol (like the stress coping like I have just talked about). I have been using our protein powder along with a mixture of herbs and superfoods as a meal replacement for my lunch. I decided to trial this as we know that many of our clients get too busy to stop for food but they are very aware that they need to have protein with each meal. We decided to source a good protein powder after looking at the ingredients of many of the others on sale. As well as the Protein I add our mix of Spirulina, Macca, Nopal, Chia Seeds, Cocao, Calcium Bentonite and Cinnamon. We have chosen this mix as we feel it makes the powder not ony extreemly Nutritious but tastes pretty good too. When I have taken this instead of lunch I have not felt in the least bit hungry (the chia and Bentonite add fibre) and leave me full of energy throughout the day. Plus we will have more information on each of the products in the Balance Mix on the web site under weight loss recipes.  Blog 14/02/2012 Day 25 of 10 day protocol Happy Valentines day! I personally don't bother with the card and flower thing but we have seen lots of flowers going past the clinic today which is lovely to see. I am feeling great, lots of busy stuff going on in the clinic and I personally am doing so well feeling wonderful after yesterday - I had an interesting day yesterday and took some of our emotional remedies. They settled me almost immediately. They work so well on so many diffferent levels. As you probably realise I have had a weight  issue most of my life, so of course there are emotional residues in my cellular matrix which if not addressed I will never have my weight settle down. Without going into details I had one of those surface yesterday and thank goodness the girls at the clinic were here to help put me right! I am so lucky to be doing what I am doing! Blog 12/02/2012 Day 23 of 10 day protocol Yipeee am down again after my dairy binge, my weight has gone down 1.6kg's over night. Isn't the steak day an awesome tool to keep us in balance. I feel so much better the bloat has all but gone and everything feels like it's working as it should. I know it is Sunday and normally I don't touch the computer but I am so excited about our new product that we will be launching after we have completed our trials. Our new product as you might have guessed is going to be part of our Pro-Youthing programme and after just a few weeks on these drops, I am already feeling the benefits. I knew I had done it as my overindulgence was with dairy and my body doesn't enjoy dairy at all. I can get away with having the odd bit of cheese every few days or so but yesterday I went over the top. What with having cheese for lunch, some with dinner and a small portion of ice cream I knew I was pushing the boundary's somewhat, but 1.5kg is a lot to put on over night. If this had happened before doing the HCG I would have freaked and gone and eaten other foods which would have made everything worse and sent me off into a spiral of loathing myself! Now, however I am on a steak day and I know that tomorrow I will be back to how I was before my binge. At the clinic we are having great results with most of our wonderful clients and the 10 day protocol is no exception. A young lady came in after just finishing her 10 days and was looking gorgeous. 4.5 kilos lighter and 60cm smaller after just over a week of being on the strict diet! Amazing. One of our clients lost over 7 kilos in the 10 days and 2 months later is still at that. We are having wonderful weather at last in the Bay and I am hoping to get into the ocean tomorrow so I am hoping it will continue. Have a great weekend Kx  Blog 09/02/2012 Day 20 of 10 day protocol Am into phase 3 as of today!! I haven't written in this blog for 9 days now because we have been moving house and we have been so busy in the clinic which is so awesome. My weight has remained stable,  I have been working so hard I have been pleasently surprised. Often when you do work hard, your stress levels go up so does your weight.  The drops must be doing their job well!! Today I am feeling amazing we have moved into a great house which is smaller than our last so we have thrown out a load of STUFF which feels great (some of it was gut renching as we got rid of a lot of our sons toys as he didn't want them). Over now, so onward into the wonderful world of the unknown. I love change, so moving house is great, if I could wave a magic wand and have everything moved and sorted I would do it more often. With our trial formulas I am feeling even better than before so that is good. The signs I am looking for in myself and my ginuea pigs are - brighter eyes, more vitalit, a glow to the skin and a general feeling of wellbeing. I feel that I have that but I could be being biased here so I am waiting for a week or so more to see how the others are feeling/looking plus I will test them all on our scanning machine to see where they are energy wise. So far so good. Today has been an awesome day with weight loss clients and a couple of scans all very interesting and very rewarding. We have also had great feedback on our chemical Detox formula which has helped people with their symptoms which are many and varied. If you would like more info either call or email we are here to help. 30/01/2012 Day 10 of 10 day protocol Today is my last day of the strict protocol and I am starting to crave avocados. This is a craving I have had before on the last few times I have done the protocol as it is a favourite of mine and I like it for breakfast with my eggs and tomatoes as it gives a lovely balance of texture and taste. I haven't lost any more weight but my clothes are feeling a little bit loser which is a good sign. I didn't measure myself again after my wrap the other day so I must do that in the morning to see, That will be very interesting. After talking about pro-youthing I have found a word that is going to be used alot in our business and if you are following this you will see it often the word is - Reviresco meaning To Rise again, grow strong, young again!! Perfect for those of us who are on the Pro-Youthing path. It is interesting when you start looking what you can find. I would love your feedback on this and any of the other things I have brought up lately so email me on karen@boinaturaltherapies.co.nz 28/01/2012 Day 8 of 10 day protocol - Karen's Diary I can't believe how quick the days are going, day 8 of the protocol already. I decided today before adding extra protein (like I said yesterday) I thought I would increase my water intake up to 3.5l and increase the amount of vegetables I eat for lunch and so far it has done the trick. I will see how I get on this evening. Well My waist measurement went down again yesterday after my wrap I have lost another 2 cm overnight... So 5 cm in total after just 1 wrap. My weight is also down another 200gm this morning plus I am feeling amazingly energised and very positive all really good results so far. Yesterday we had a fleeting visit from Grace (Grace is part of the team here at BOI Natural Therapies). Grace joined in our conversation which was about anti-aging and our new product which  we are trialing. She pipes up with the statement that she thought that the phrase "anti-aging" was against universal law and would draw aging too us( Not sure what I am talking about look at any book which talks about the law of attraction then you will know exactly what I mean!! Grace said "I like to call it Pro Youthing" Which I thought was wonderful and it got me thinking that we should start a PRO YOUTHING movement. So that is wha t we are going to do. NO longer will we talk about Anti-aging we are now only pro-Youthing ... I will tell you more soon! 27/01/2012 Day 7 of 10 day protocol - Karen's Diary I have lost another 100gms very pleased with myself and my progress and I am feeling soooo good too. Must admit am feeling a bit hungrier today so might mean my body needs a bit more protein will see how I go after a bit more water. We had a little bit of spare time in the clinic today so Jane and I both did a wrap (we can still work whilst being wrapped with a small area), not a full body  as we didn't have that much time!  We both did one around our abdominal area and after just 1 hour we had both lost some extra centemetres, Jane lost 6!! I felt a bit deprived with only having lost 3, still 3 extra centemetres that I now don't have. It will be interesting to see what the measurements are tomorrow, will keep you posted. The body wraps are becoming a bit of a hit with clients with inches just melting away which is really satisfying. We are now working onour home detox wrap kit. We have a few clients who are trialling these for us so will keep you posted. Today has been an interesting day as usual and I have been working on a few new projects which are keeping me on my toes. I find my work so absorbing and fascinating which is why I can work the hours that I do and it never seems like work to me. It is a long weekend in Northland this weekend so the town is a little bit quieter than it usually is. It seems a bit strange as I think alot of local people have gone off for a break (the forcast is for wonderful weather)I am sure it will be it's usual busy self tomorrow as visitors will start arriving for a short break. I am gearing up for a busy day tomorrow as we have a few bookings which is always great fun.  26/01/2012   Day 6 Of 10 day protocol - Karen's Diary Well since I last wrote it has been so busy I haven't had the time to write, which is great as our clients are all enjoying their processes and so am I. I have lost a total of 3kg's so far and I din't think I had that to lose! Just goes to show what we carry around with us. I am now down to my lightest weight I have been since I don't remember when. I have still got 4 days on the strict part of the protocol so we will see how it goes,. I have never been a thin person so it is interesting.  Everything is going so well, I even forgot to eat lunch yesterday until about 3.30pm when I  realised that nothing had passed my lips for hours, not a good idea by the way as it effects your body processes(you know the old adage don't do what I do do as I say!! Not my philosophy generally) and I will make sure I don't forget again, in fact the girls in the clinic are normally so organised that they normally keep me on track, but they did the same!! I have found this round great and like most people I find 10 days an easy ride (so far)  Another good thing with these new formulas is that they really do make the whole thing so much easier. When I have finished the whole 30 days I will tell you about some new additions, if they work that is!! 23/01/2012 Day 3 of 10 day protocol - Karen's Diary On the strict part of the programme today. Still feeling very full after my 2 days of eating, it was a bit like a marathon. I didn't weigh myself this morning as I don't want to know how much I have put on during the last two days. Today I have enjoyed two lovely meals (recipes in the 10 day booklet) , I really do enjoy the food on this programme. My brain has been a bit foggy today but I know it will be better in the morning. I am still also feeling a bit sluggish but again it will get bettter and better through the days that follow. I was hoping to do a body wrap for myself today but it was a busy day in the clinic and by the time we fiinished all our work it was time to come home and have dinner. Still hopefully tomorrow!! I had a client call in who has done a few rounds of the full 26 days of the protocol and he looks amazing, what a transformation. Being as he isn't a local man we don't get to see him on a regular basis so seeing him has been woonderful as he has not only lost the weight but he has got his self confidence back as well, so very very exciting. Blog 22/01/2012 Day 2 of 10 day protocol - Karen's Diary Nearly finiished my 2nd day of loading (it is late!) and I am over it, I have eaten enough to sink a battleship, most of it healthy but I am stuffed, the drops are starting to do their job and I am just not wanting to put another thing into my mouth. I know this is how it is supposed to be but it doesn't feel at all comfortable. I am so looking forward to the diet days to come. It has been a while since I have done the loading, over 6 months and I had forgotten what it is like, I was actually looking forward to it. (Now I can relate to clients comments a bit more) To be truthful I have been loading over the last few weeks due to social commiments, which is one of the reasons I am doing this programme to re-set everything so that I am fighting fit and raring to go during the year to come. At the moment I don't feel that at all. In fact It reminds me of the very first time I did HCG and I was stuffed and hoping that it was going to offer me all my research promised! Of course it did and more.This 10 day programme offers so much I am looking foorward to feeling the results. Blog 21/01/2012 Day 1 of 10 day protocol - Karen's diary Today I am starting on my 10 day Hcg and it has been my first day of loading..... This means that you have to eat lots especially oily foods so I have been doing just that!! Finding it a bit on the difficult side today but I know how important it is so as I am sitting here I am nibbling on nuts and seeds (I feel a bit like a squirrel!) I have also been downing lots of Hemp seed oil which I know helps a lot when I get into the strict part of the diet. With this 10 day programme I am trialling a new product which is supposed to be anti aging (more for the internals than external initially) so I will let you know how I am getting on. I have put this New product into my HCG Boost and our other support products. I am going to have dinner now, must keep eating, so will keep you posted! Blog 17/01/2012 The weather today has been hot and so has the interest in HCG, we are continuing to get results and new clients all the time. One of our very satisfied clients has called us up from the Uk to tell us of their progress:- " I am so pleased about my weight loss so far I have lost over a stone (6.3kg) in just over a week! We are hearing stories like this one on a daily basis, oh I love my Job!!  Blog 16/01/2012 We have had a great day in the clinic with word out on the street about our unique 10 day protocol package and the results we are getting are great and wonderfully quick too! We are all loving to see our clients change and loving themselves more. What a great job we have! On a more personal note (karen)- I have observed that many of us are feeling the stress of everyday life a bit more intensely than we have in the past. When this happens to me personally I put myself on the 10 day protocol and it helps me to get back into balance in the fast lane, I know I am feeling the stress of life at present, how do I tell? Well I start craviing foods that I know don't serve me well (eg Chocolate, chips....my nemesis). So this weekend I will start my loading days and in next to no-time I will be back to my old self on fire and ready to go..... I will be trialling a couple of new products so will tell you all about those as we go along, I am so excited about these as after doing a fair bit of research myself and from hearing about new research that is avalable from some fellow ultimate health seekers, we are going to be looking at some more unique products that no-one else ( as far as we know) has come up with as yet! Blog 10/01/2012 I have spent today researching a product which I have known about for some time now and that is hemp, I know many of you may associate this amazingly versitile plant with the illegal plant of Marijuana, but not all of these plants are the same, without going into too much detail the Hemp plant is so much more.I started looking into Hemp seeds whilst we were researching our Breakfast Blend (which we eventually made without the Hemp seeds this was due to other factors) So Ii carried on researching and found out about the qualities of the oil and have been surprised that the information I found hasn't been widely published. In brief, Hemp seed oil has Omega 3 and Omega 6 in perfect ratio - If you have been one of my clients I may have put you on Flax Seed oil and safflower oil to get you the perfect ratio! It also has the complete perfect range of amino acids plus many other health benefits. It also doesn't go rancid as quickly as Flax seed oil. The other BIG plus is that it tastes great (unlike Flax!!) I have also been reading about how some  researchers have used it  for helping with cancer and other dis-ease. It has been also said that having enough of this oil in your system can help protect your skin from the effects of the suns damaging rays in fact if you have enough oil in your system the sun can enhance your vitality and wellbeing! I don't know if this has been proven but Dr Johana Budwig had quite a lot to say on the subject she used essential fatty acids in the form of Flax and Hemp to help with clients with cancer  Dr Johana Budwig – A pioneer of Essential Fatty Acid Research has this to say:  "The sun's rays are very much in harmony with humans. It is no coincidence that we love the sun. The resonance in our biological tissue is so strongly tuned to the absorption of solar energy that physicists who occupy themselves with this scientific phenomenon, the quantum biologists say that there is nothing on earth that has a higher concentration of solar energy photons than humans. This enrichment with solar energy depends strongly on the like energy aspects, a wavelength that is compatible with humans, and this is supported when we eat foods that have electromagnetic waves of solar rays--the photon. An abundance of these electrons, which are tuned to the solar energy frequency, exist, for example, in many seed oils. Scientifically these oils have even been designated as electron-rich, essential, highly unsaturated fats. (Budwig 1992) Budwig states that when we began to Change vegetable oils so that they would store better, we unknowingly changed their E.F.A. content into saturated fats in the ensuing heating process. These E.F.A. robbed, thus electron poor   "promote the emergence of cancer.... They behave like tar, as insulators relative to the transport of electrons in living tissue." Alternatively, "electron-rich highly unsaturated oils... increase the absorption, storage and utilization of the sun's energy". Budwig relates that after her ailing patients have been treated with an E.F.A. rich diet and then "lie in the sun, they notice they feel much better-rejuvenated"; (Budwig 1992)   "On the other hand, nowadays we frequently observe that the heart fails on sunny beaches, and not infrequently heart attacks occur. We can observe some individuals in our time experiencing stress from exposure to the sun’s energy, whereas others respond with dynamic improvement in all vital functions. The stimulating effect that sunshine has on the secretions of the liver, gall bladder, pancreas, bladder, and salivary glands is easy to observe. These organs only dry out upon exposure to sunshine when the substance that stimulates secretions is missing. The decisive factor in all these observations is  whether the surface-active, electron-rich, highly unsaturated fats are present as a resonating system for solar energy, or, if they are missing. The doctor tells cancer patients to avoid the sun; that they can't tolerate the sun. As soon as these patients--also cancer patients--were placed on my oil-Protein   diet for just 2-3 days, i.e. a diet that  contains an abundant supply of essential fats, they were able to tolerate the sun very well. Yes, they emphasize how well they suddenly feel in the sun, how the life forces are stimulated and that   they feel dynamically energized."(Budwig 1992) In times of worry about increased exposure to the sun's rays the E.F.A. rich oils provided by hemp may offer us hope. In her writings about the sun's effect on the cell membrane's electrons, Budwig referred to the work of the quantum physicist Dessauer, "If it were possible to increase the concentration of solar electrons tenfold in this biological electron rich molecule, man would live to be 10,000 years old."  All of this information I have got off the net and with other research! I am not sure about the claims for curing cancer or prevention of any disease but what I do know is that for Myself and many of our clients do feel so much better after supplementing with oils for only 1 week! However when buying oils please remember buy only locally grown (as in your own country) raw cold pressed oils. I am very excited - If you don't hear you will know that I have made a mess off it! or I have blown myself up while making it!   Blog 29/12/2011 We are so excited going into the new year and looking forward to all the changes that will be happening in 2012. The clinic has been buzzing since Christmas with clients old and new signing up for the first time or after a busy social season to go on our new 10 day premium package where you can shed a few extra kilos in 10 short days! We have been trialling this diet for some time now and are now fully confident with our support products that the weight lost on the 10 day protocol will stay off! One of our star weight loss clients came in for a weigh and measure just after Christmas and even though he was in phase 3 and eating a few carbs (which is definately allowed in phase 3), he lost 2.3kg over Christmas, what an amazing feat. This is how we know that the body can completely change the way it processes foods and our metabolism on this protocol. If you have said yes to ALL of the above we would love to hear from you. Blog 17/11/11 Wow what a week it has been, the energy rising with Hcg going amazingly well!! And our energy testing via hair analysis is getting such good results.  We have had one client come in to the clinic who was very disappointed that she had only lost 10kg in 26 days until we pointed out to her that 10 Kg's is a substantial amount of fat in fact 20 packs of butter in volume! Plus she had also lost nearly 100cm again nothing to be sneezed at. The reason she was so disappointed it that her friend who lives out of town and had done her programme with us remotely had lost over 15kg in the same time frame.
